Our client has been in business for over 30 years servicing clients throughout MD and DC. They started as a small specialty contractor but have since expanded their portfolio to include commercial renovations & new construction projects worth up to $10M. They have a strong growth plan in place to achieve $150M in annual revenue and are looking to grow their team as a result. They are seeking a strong Project Manager who can run their own work while training and developing more junior construction professionals.
Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - DC-Baltimore will be responsible for:
planning, scheduling and coordinating construction activities to meet deadlines
preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports
working closely with the client and other stakeholders
negotiating and preparing contracts
mentoring and training more junior employees
overseeing multiple projects at a time up to $10M
Profile
The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - DC-Baltimore will have:
at least 5 years of experience in project management with a General Contractor
interiors/renovation experience up to $10M
desire to train, develop, and coach more junior APMs & PMs
strong leadership skills
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
