Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join the team. The candidate must be open to job sites in Baltimore, DC, and potentially NOVA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a varietyof interior projects and stadiums.
Description
Collaborate with project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proposing solutions to mitigate issues.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial interiors and base building.
Proven experience supporting project managers on multiple projects or a single project exceeding $10 million.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel between Baltimore, DC, and Northern Virginia
Familiarity with project management software.
Knowledge of construction regulations and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
