You thrive in a scorecard environment, understanding that the objective is to predict the performance of your changes and to forecast accurately the metrics you own in relation to the digital product you manage.

Requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, and independence, but also values the importance of a team player mindset given our collaborative work environment.

Proven track record in service, sales, or other customer-facing roles.

Influential communicator, adept at collaborating and rallying stakeholders across the organization.

An innate ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and clear visual presentations.
