Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead our Digital Marketing & Professional Education team within the Med-Surg business units. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide the team, and ensure successful product delivery, focusing on enhancing digital marketing capabilities to support our field sales organization with insights and lead generation. You will also collaborate with software development teams to integrate innovative features into our applications and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize agile and product methodologies for product development, management, implementation, and operations, particularly for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to develop a value-driven, outcome-based product roadmap.
Serve as a liaison between technology teams, architects, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure all inputs are reflected in the product roadmap and delivered on time.
Set and track measurable objectives for the team.
Lead delivery activities related to the product backlog, engineering, testing, documentation, and problem resolution.
Manage product team budgets, vendor relations, contracts, and sourcing negotiations.
Balance user and business stakeholder inputs to inform product decisions and execute product roadmaps.
Lead team meetings, Scrum ceremonies, and stakeholder interactions.
Ensure products are well-architected and compliant by consulting with Architecture, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Security, Privacy, and other functions.
Represent the Product Owner and stakeholders in team discussions.
Communicate product status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Foster trust with stakeholders and facilitate agile best practices.
Prioritize patient safety and product quality by adhering to quality processes and procedures.
Continuously upgrade knowledge of digital technologies, competitive landscape, product interconnectivity, system integrations, and business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline.
8+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in digital product management or a related field.
Experience with SFDC Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud and similar commercial technology systems.
Proven ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and IT) to implement technology solutions.
Knowledge of agile development practices and the ability to implement methodology changes as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:
Salesforce certifications.
Adaptability and comfort with change in a fast-paced environment.
Experience delivering innovative technology solutions, preferably in healthcare.
Executive presence with strong presentation and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives using established product management tools and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of the full lifecycle of bringing a solution to market (infrastructure, QA, UA, security, etc.).
Ability to work effectively in person and virtually; self-motivated and adaptable.
