Job TitleDirector, Digital Supply Chain, Forecasting & AnalyticsJob Description Leading the charge on Integrated Supply Chains' (ISC) digital transformation, the Director for Digital Supply Chain, Forecasting & Analytics will be responsible for designing and implementing vital tools for planning and forecasting as well as collaborating with technology teams to create adaptable data architecture that will enable top-notch supply chain design and analytics.
Your role:
Leading the effort in the development of critical forecasting and planning tools, and collaborating with technology teams to create and implement flexible data architecture that supports world-class supply chain analytics and supply chain design, among other aspects of the ISC digital transformation.
Developing the technology strategy for ISC Planning and Analytics and implementing enterprise software platforms.
Developing a technical roadmap, fostering scalability of planning and analytics platforms across Sleep & Respiratory Care's ISC function, and instilling world-class planning knowledge and practices in the forecasting and analytics team.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in leading supply chain teams (including direct or indirect managerial responsibility) and complex cross-functional programs/projects, as well as leading a global team across multiple time zones.
Your skills include knowledge and experience with supply chain analytics, Sales &Operations Planning, revenue planning, ERP systems (SAP preferred), planning systems (JDA preferred) and demand and supply planning.
You have a bachelors (masters degree – preferred), or equivalent experience in supply chain and/or operations management.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re a strong verbal and written communicator, have strong business acumen and partnering capability, and you able to effectively manage senior stakeholders and relationships.
