**Position Summary**
Evoqua is looking for a Field Service Technician to report to our East Rutherford, NJ facility and service the surrounding areas.
**What your day will look like as a Field Service Technician**
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of our water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle, within our Light Industries Division. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is especially encouraged.
This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.

**Position Requirements for Field Service Technicians**
+ HS diploma or equivalent
+ 1 year of work experience preferred
+ 0-2 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
+ Experience with Microsoft office, including the ability to utilize smart devices
+ Ability to work in a high customer facing position
+ Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
+ A valid drivers license with a clean driving record

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 50% or more daily travel
Compensation for this role ranges between $25.71 and $28.57 per hour, dependent on experience and other factors.
