When Forge Consulting was founded in January 2003, we were an insurance agency specializing in structured settlements and traditional annuities. The founding partners noticed an inequity in the settlement marketplace: far too often, injured parties were left no choice but to work with a single-product provider such as trustees, bankers, money managers, or structure brokers. Our mission, passion, and innovative settlement consulting approach of advice over product rapidly made us the sought-after source of settlement planning for plaintiff attorneys and their clients. Over the past two decades, our company has recognized that the needs of plaintiff families extend well beyond what a structured settlement or any single financial product could offer. We are now The Forge Companies, a nationally recognized team of specialists with proficient knowledge in comprehensive settlement planning. We have over 130 teammates with experience in financial services, legal, compliance, marketing, and operating companies. We are now Advocacy Trust, a Tennessee state-chartered trust company that offers a full range of traditional and special needs trust services and is committed to improving the lives of our clients, their families, and caregivers through investments, trusts, tax, and other fiduciary and administrative services. We are now Advocacy Wealth Management, creating financial plans based on your needs, now and in the future. Your plan will be unique, just like your needs. The solutions offered to solve for your needs will be tailored to your plan.We are now Forge for Business, a commitment to providing a broad range of financial and business services to contingent fee attorneys, law firms, and general businesses. Services include fee deferral solutions, MSA/Lien solutions, insurance products, bookkeeping, payroll and HR, and IOLTA accounting.
