In this role, you will be responsible for:
Manage the end to end execution of programs within Pan-Innovative Medicine Transformational Capabilities & PECS, including Janssen Experience Transformation, PECS, STaT Development andOnboarding, J&J IM NA Learning Excellence and other Core Development enabling areas (e.g., BRAVE, Change Management, Executive Presence).
* Define program objectives and roadmap strategy within respectiveLeadershipcapability area* Manage day-to-day operations ofLeadershiptraining programs and support in coordination with respectiveLeadershipLearning Business Partners* Collaborate withLeadershipLBPs andPan-Innovative MedicineLeadershipLead to direct the planning, implementation, andmanagement of projects in accordance with strategic demand plan for JJIM L&D* Develop program deployment plan/schedule for assigned areas based on demand plan and any ad hoc priorities* Liaise with JJIM Learning Experience and Enablement team to ensure all activities related to development ofcontent, delivery support, and LMS tasks are completed* Track and manage allocated budget for program* Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning with Strat Planning & Operations Lead to inform budget needs* Manage ongoing program needs and suggest program improvements to further enhance learning programeffectiveness and sustainability within Transformational Capabilities & PECS capability* Review content programs being developed, as needed, to provide subject matter expertise and ensure alignment tobusiness needs* Spearhead community of practice for COE & SL&D professionals, and oversee training and development for L&Dprofessionals
