Position Overview for the QA Customer Support Technician :
Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution following company guidelines and requirements
Troubleshooting with clients via phone calls and responding to trouble tickets promptly.
Works in a team setting, sharing information and assisting others with support calls
Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Preferred Skills for the QA Customer Support Technician : 1+ years Manual QA Exp
Great communication Skills
Automation testing (nice to have)
Bachelor's Degree
