Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Software Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be part of a software team working on maintaining and enhancing our Agency Lending Application. Your role in this position will include application maintenance of the existing system as well as design and implementation of new product features. You'll also be expected to provide expertise across the entire technology stack. This position is to support Agency Lending development team in Boston, MA.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

As a developer you will

Drive technical excellence by working independently to analyze, design, develop, test, and debug large and complex software enhancements and solutions for various front, middle and back office implementations

Requires knowledge of Core Java, Micro services , REST, Test Driven Design, Oracle, GIT, JUnit, Jenkins, MQ, KAFKA

Work closely with developers, architects and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

Develop application solutions collaborating with both on-shore and off-shore teams

Work with Business Analysts in translating business requirements into deliverables

Adhere to SDLC processes

Prior experience in event driven architectures, message hub, MQ, Kafka is required.

Experience in financial industry working on financial reporting/regulatory projects is a plus.

Able to communicate with all levels of staff and client resources

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Masters or B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
