Who You Are
The Field Marketing Manager West will play a key role in elevating Culture Pop Soda within the community through events, samplings, and activations in the West. This position will be responsible for the research, planning & execution of events, samplings, and community engagement primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area, Pacific Northwest, and Los Angeles. This position will be tasked with driving Culture Pop awareness, trial, and brand relevance regionally and ensuring that we are showing up in the right places and representing the brand appropriately. The individual in this role should be extremely organized, reliable and highly motivated with experience working in a similar role. The individual must be based in Los Angeles or San Francisco Bay Area and willing to travel for events/other initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of the brand and the types of events/environments that align with our target audience
Lead research, identification, planning & execution of events, samplings, activations across key markets in the region
Lead community engagement in the region - foster local influencer/opinion leader relationships, local brand partners and other creative ways to make an impact in community
Develop a strong relationship with Director of Field Marketing and establish consistent communication to ensure alignment on calendar, goals, etc
Work with sales team to support in-store demo requests at key retailers and accounts
Manage the storage and inventory of event materials and assets across key markets in the region
Manage brand ambassador program in the region
Manage tracking of events & evaluating impact of events post-mortem
Work with Director of Field Marketing to constantly come up with & execute engaging, impactful, unique ways to drive trial within key markets
What you will bring:
1-3 year experience working in field marketing, event management or marketing generally
Bachelor's Degree (preferred in marketing, communications, or related field)
Flexible hours and open to travel as needed for events & other initiatives
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively and anticipate needs
An existing network and relationships in the region across events, influencers, brands
Excellent written, oral and communication skills
Scrappy, self starter and independent attitude who can take a proactive approach to role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities
Creativity & ability to think outside the box and innovate
Experience working in CPG industry a plus
