Senior Director Client Delivery- Remote

The Client Executive is a senior level role within Client Management, responsible for the overall relationships with clients, the continued growth of the business and working to ensure the InforMed Business Plan is implemented and strategic goals for the company are met in working with the InforMeds Executive Leadership. This position may require working closely with other Client Management staff to oversee, develop and maintain client relationships, including mentoring and guiding members of the Client Management staff. + Ability to work completely independently

**Conifer requires its candidates, as applicable and as permitted by law, to obtain and provide confirmation of all required vaccinations and screenings prior to the start of employment. **MINIMUM EDUCATION/WORK RELATED REQUIREMENTS**

* Bachelors Degree or 5-7 years of relevant work experience; at least 4 years in InforMed Client Management role

* Comprehensive knowledge of core product lines

* Broad knowledge of healthcare industry

* Individual is a highly motivated self-starter who thrives on variety and can shift directions seamlessly

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Collaborates with clients top-level management to develop solutions and strategic objectives for 85% of assigned client base, providing coaching, consultation and sound advice that results in the success of client initiatives within the parameters of the engagement with InforMed through maintaining a clear understanding of client structure, mission and goals. This collaboration results in the client relying on InforMed as a key partner in their business function including development of client information management standards and evaluation of technology needs and utilization. Responsibility to client: may have the primary relationship with client with regard to day to day operations; - tasks may include items such as: on site visits, monthly status report (CM assists in creating), system training and prospect support for current clients, Manage and perform annual financial and performance review to support client annual report, Lead client renewal activity for assigned clients including performing or managing plan budgeting in concert with InforMed staff, clients and client advisors; lead client annual strategy sessions where necessary

* Coordinate and lead client-related activities and interactions across all InforMed service lines including implementation activities to achieve the highest quality client service possible; Respond to client issue requests as escalation of issues is necessary; Interact with various InforMed departments to resolve client issues; Lead client meetings with intent to partner with client to work toward their goals and strategic vision with regard to InforMed products and services

* Recognize, seek and create InforMed business growth opportunities within current clients as well as opportunities through client and marketplace contacts and activities; Participate in companywide Client Management and sales meetings to gain and maintain knowledge of growth activities taking place throughout the company; Participate in InforMed companywide growth initiatives through client growth and new client acquisition

* Assure consistent production/operational performance for clients; Coordinate, by attendance or briefing, the various InforMed production meetings to achieve best performance and quality client interactions

* Analyze client trends using reporting tools; both financial and clinical; Monitor strategic implications of plan performance and recommend corrective actions when appropriate

* Engage in a broad spectrum of vendor activities and interactions such as PBM, data management, stop loss, consultants/brokers etc.

* Interact professionally with colleagues both internal and external exercising constructive leadership; demonstrate outstanding judgment and flexibility and superior client service skills as demonstrated by positive feedback from client Mentor AMs in implementations, special client projects, responses to client, training in system based on specific client needs. Provides insight and feedback regarding AM staff performance to be included in performance ratings and oversee projects being led by CM staff under mentorship.

* Maintain client satisfaction scores on clients under your direction at a level of 3 or greater

* Assure proper contract completion for various plan elements such as; administrative agreement, re-insurance, network and ancillary plans, Oversee completion of client financial renewals for internal Finance Department

* Contribute to business area assessment, user needs analysis and business systems design by maintaining senior level expertise and currency in industry leading health care and information management technologies.

* Anticipate problem areas and work with clients and InforMed staff to resolve problems and prevent their reoccurrence Lead and coordinate appropriate staff projects, solving problems, anticipating trends and resolving issues

* Responsibility to partner - monthly update for revenue updates/issues, client relationship status, changes in roles, financial plan performance and ROI update
