Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing projects within the pharmaceutical or laboratory environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities for a successful candidate:Manage all aspects of construction projects within the pharmaceutical and laboratory sectors, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for pharmaceutical and laboratory construction projects.Oversee quality control and safety measures on construction sites, implementing best practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings or efficiencies.Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication among team members.

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus on pharmaceutical or laboratory projects.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for pharmaceutical and laboratory construction.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Procore.

Preferred Requirements:PMP CertificationKnowledge of local US industry standards, building codes and safety standards
