The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years' experience with items such as ground-up gas stations (with fueling) and restaurant renovations.
Salary: $120K - $130K (depending on experience)

Responsibilities: Work with estimating on each project
Bid reviews
Buyout
Subcontractor scopes
Verify contract plan dates and scope for Clients Proposals
Coordinate permit process, Insurances and construction documents for assigned projects
Management of all aspects of the construction project from start to finish
Scheduling, Subcontractors, Change Orders Tracking and Approval and Plan Revisions
Ensure projects are completed on time and under budget
Ensure all project costs are tracked and entered in spectrum (Budget and present change orders to client for approval weekly
Man Hours budgets billed monthly
Work with Procurement to ensure all materials have been ordered, received for project and labele, followed up with client if needed, delivered to jobsite and returned if unused to warehouse
Communicate with Clients on Construction process, any issues or delay as they arise, weekly updates
Ensure Superintendents are building per plans and specs
Oversee submittal and shop drawings approvals
Work with Client/Architect/City to resolve issues as they arise
Ensure latest plans are onsite, sent to all subcontractors as soon as they are issued and ensure all parties are working on the latest set at all times
Schedule and attend weekly site meeting with Client/Super/General Super/PC/Architect on assigned projects
Work with Accounting on construction billing and payments from Clients monthly (Sending and Receiving)
Attend punch walks
Follow up to complete punch list in a timely manner, update client when completed
Oversee the closeout process
Coordinate the completion of any outstanding issues and payment with Clients in a timely manner
