The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Marketing and Omni-Channel Operations to lead the development and implementation of marketing policies, programs, and systems across digital and traditional channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that marketing and omnichannel activities align with the company's strategic direction and contribute to its long-term success. This role involves directing the marketing and omnichannel departments, shaping strategic planning, and overseeing the execution of marketing and service policies. The SVP will also be tasked with building brand awareness, coordinating marketing communications, and leading the design and implementation of products and service lines. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in senior marketing roles within the retail sector are essential.Applicants for the Senior Vice President position must have a proven track record in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, as well as solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and CRM software. The role requires strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, financial, and project management skills, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
