About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Investment Advisor, and Financial Planner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and delivering a full range of services to clients, including financial planning, investment advising, and fiduciary services. This role involves regular client meetings to provide input on long-term financial and estate planning, as well as the implementation of investment strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerance. The VP will also be involved in representing the company at various events, creating content on financial planning, and building relationships with external partners to enhance the financial wellness of clients.Candidates for this position should have a BA or equivalent degree, with a CFP designation or progress toward CFP preferred, and at least 5 years' experience in wealth management. Strong financial planning skills, an excellent understanding of capital markets, and a solid fiduciary background are essential. The role requires the ability to handle large workloads efficiently, excellent time management, and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration within the team and with external partners. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of meeting new business goals and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a way that is easily understood by clients. Public speaking and the ability to create a sense of trust and confidence with clients are also key skills for this position.
