Account Executive - Boost Mobile (Sacramento)

Department Summary

Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Infinite, Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Account Executive will manage performance across the Sacramento CA territory of Boost Mobile stores (eg: Sacramento, Auburn, Chico, Yuba City). You will work and consult with retail store owners on their business and ensure compliance at all store types throughout the assigned territory. You will manage projects and teams and provide coaching and sales training to front-line sales teams. You will get to build relationships throughout your territory with external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners to help drive performance, and you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores. This role includes a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail store locations and provide coaching, and training via role plays and side-by-side selling with sales representatives

Inspecting and driving marketing campaigns at retail stores

Making daily calls to stores to help drive performance

Receiving calls as the first point of contact to help resolve customer escalations

Maintaining and driving accountability of Boost brand standards in all stores in the territory

Using local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail points of distribution

Communication with store owners driving their business sales performance

Implementing plans to exceed sales quota across the territory

Maintaining an expert level of product knowledge for all Boost products and services

Potential Total Compensation (Base + potential Commission): $85,000 - $95,000

**The range above includes a commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals**

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school

4 years of sales and/or account management experience

3 years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management

1 year selling wireless products or services

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license, three years of active driving history, completed driver’s safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines

Contract or vendor relationship experience

Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment

Availability to promptly devise solutions for escalations during retail business hours

Strong time management skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proficiency in offering sales and marketing guidance to owners and sales representatives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Effective at working both independently and collaboratively as a team member

Language:

Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred

A company vehicle is provided.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $54,650.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
