Job Description TEL is currently recruiting for a Sr. Product Marketing Engineer who is passionate about innovation and surface preparation technology. We’re a growing team focused on accelerating TEL’s impact in the more than Moore IoT market and legacy technologies for our wet etch Business Unit. Travel will be up to 20%, both Domestic/ International.
Preferred Experience Background in new product introduction and managing research & development and engineering teams
Strong technical and communication skills to address multiple internal and external partners.
Strong track record of delivering products and ensuring customer success
Self-starter with strong skills in multi-tasking, influencing, communicating, presenting, consensus and multi-functional team building
Demonstrable ability to think creatively to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts
Experience and passion in product development process and methodologies
Responsibilities Creates product and project vision working with Strategic Marketing, Business Development, and factories.
As an expert on the product, leads customer specification responses as part of order fulfillment and slotting processes
Participates in system configuration reviews and polices customer needs as translated into sales order so that build can commence without interruption
Revamp Product Marketing activities US wide for Tier2 /Tier3 customer base.
Maintain close communication with factories to assist with NPI and information fan out.
Work closely with Strategic Marketing/ Process support team members to seamlessly execute on business opportunities.
Provide customer marketing material/cut sheets to sales.
Create clear repository of up-to-date information on WW demo results/ tool capabilities.
Promotion strategy: Align with Sales team on promotion strategy for current tool offering.
Conduct regular TRM with customer AND sales team leveraging strategic marketing learning.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering Degree or related field required. Master's Degree preferred
2+ years applicable experience is required
SPS process knowledge is required
Ability to travel both Domestic/ International, up to 20%
