The Role – SVP Marketing Sciences
As the SVP of Marketing Sciences, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and advancing best-in-class capabilities across both paid and owned media. You'll lead a team of talented data scientists and analysts, to develop innovative strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and implement cutting-edge analytic methodologies to drive measurable business success.

Provide visionary leadership to nurture and empower your team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Utilize quantitative data to inform strategic business and marketing decisions, delivering unparalleled results.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to embed marketing sciences practices into core solutions, driving transformative change.
Create robust KPIs, learning agendas, and measurement plans that pave the way for actionable insights and continuous improvement.
Deliver compelling reporting and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive strategic growth.
Lead the charge in content development and executive-level presentations, positioning yourself as a thought leader in marketing analytics and data science.
Drive new business initiatives through active participation in pitches and strategic leadership contributions.
Your Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, showcasing your academic prowess and commitment to excellence.
A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in an advertising/marketing agency setting.
Expertise in digital analytics, database marketing principles, and statistical analysis, demonstrating your mastery of the craft.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, essential for navigating complex challenges and driving consensus.
Proven track record of successful management experience and talent development skills, highlighting your ability to inspire and lead teams to greatness.
