As a key member of the Business Implementation Team, in your first year, you will support key business objectives such as:
Growth
Operational efficiencies
Collaboration with various teams for standard implementation
Implementing successful long-term strategic plans.
As a Vice President of Operations, you will travel over the first year with permanent placement in an account of substantial revenue within the first year.
A successful candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, motivate, inspire, and build new high-performing teams, all while sharing their operational knowledge and delivering financial excellence to the organization and our clients.
Travel up to 50%, including overnights in the short term until aligned to the long-term assignment. Ideal candidates will be open to relocating to a few key markets.
To be a successful Vice President of Operations, you will foster teams with high enthusiasm, creativity, and business acumen. You will analyze, visualize, and tailor operational efforts with appropriate creativity and innovation. You will bring strong leadership and employee development skills, sound cost management experience, and solid managerial expertise. You will also possess a keen understanding of customer identity service and the ability to deliver, develop, and execute events that exceed expectations! The Vice President of Operations will be highly visible and impact sales and client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures that the proper management of resources, distribution of services to customers, and analyses of systems are conducted.
Directs business to achieve high performance as measured by the company scorecard, participating in strategic planning meetings when necessary.
Successfully builds relationships at all levels of the organizations.
Builds an effective and results achieving team within the region.
Participates in the sales process by working with pre-proposal site survey team, aiding in presentations, aiding in negotiation, and approving of final contact.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree.
7+ years of experience, 5+ years in management.
Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning.
Ability to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptions.
Must be able to make business decisions based on financial reports and similar facts.
Proven ability to enhance profitability, sustainability, and creativity across all channels in alignment with business strategy.
Demonstrates an ability to work across multiple service lines.
