Job Description:
Switch Electric is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and help us grow our brand. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals. If you are a creative thinker with a strong background in marketing and a passion for sustainability, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy : Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Switch Electric's goals and objectives.
Campaign Management : Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional marketing.
Content Creation : Generate compelling and engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and more, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Brand Management : Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the best ROI for all marketing efforts.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Vendor and Agency Management : Oversee relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
3+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Passion for sustainability and environmental consciousness.
