Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns; escalating when necessary

+ Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures

+ Meet or exceed established performance requirements.

+ Document trip authorizations and details

+ Follows and explains policy and procedure as outlined in operations and procedures manuals.

+ Treats each customer/caller with courtesy, dignity, and respect for privacy.

+ Documents trip authorization according to procedures.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

+ Ability to operate standard telephone system

+ Computer literate with the capacity to learn new software

+ Excellent customer service skills
