What we're looking for:
Must have flexibility to meet shift requirements, be able to work flexible days/hours, including weekends.
Sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving sales goals.
A big smile and a positive attitude!!
Growth-minded and open to learning.
Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.
Ability to problem solve and work through issues.
Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction.
Ability to receive constructive feedback from team and management.

Typical Total Compensation: Total Compensation = Base Hourly Rate + Uncapped Commission Opportunity + Pay Period Bonus Opportunity + Monthly Bonus Opportunity
During Promotional Months for Wax Passes (4 Months of the Year): $22-$35 Total Average Hourly Rate
During Non-Promotional Months for Wax Passes (8 Months of the Year): $16-$24 Total Average Hourly Rate

Evening Shift: 3:00PM - 9:30PM
