Who We’re Looking For
A seasoned Assistant Manager ready to their career to the next level. You bring the desire and will and 180 will provide the training and coaching to make you a successful Business Director.
As the Business Director we are looking for someone who wants to make a difference. Somone to create a living experience so wonderful everyone will want to live at this property.
We want someone that is motivated by accomplishment. No challenge is too big.
A person with exceptional communication skills and an ability to create solutions.
You understand how each team member on site contributes to the total success of the asset and know how to oversee collections, leasing, the turn process, and renewals to benefit your success and the asset’s.
This is Class A experience is preferred but not required.
Lease up Experience Highly rewarded.
