Our client is a global outsourced investment office acting for highly regarded endowments and foundations, senior investment professionals, and sophisticated ultra-high-net-worth families. They build long-term bespoke portfolios for their clients that invest across various traditional and alternative asset classes, with exposures built bottom-up through deep asset manager partnerships. Currently, they are looking to add an Office Manager to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $95k - $110K plus Bonus & Profit Sharing Position Overview: The Office Manager will run the Boston office on a day-to-day basis, be an active member of the Business Operations team, and be responsible for all office events and logistics. The role requires someone hands-on, a strong communicator, and well-organized. Responsibilities of the Office Manager: Supervise the Business Operations team to ensure the Boston office runs smoothly.
Assist with the logistics and planning for any external client or manager meetings.
Ensure the office is always kept clean and tidy, and help with other administration tasks.
Lead office projects.
Track all key tasks to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
Oversee invoice payment runs and ensure all invoices are paid.
Track vendor expenses and travel costs and supervise weekly grocery and supply orders.
Troubleshoot employee issues with Concur and Atlas.
Travel Plan and execute social events.
Manage the schedules for a few Boston-based Partners and Managing Directors.
Arrange travel and accommodation for business travel.
Organize logistics for meetings and ensure the Partners are prepared for meetings.
Qualifications for the Office Manager: Very strong organizational and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.
Able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
Strong demonstration of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and excellent telephone manner.
Team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to contribute to the success of the business.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 4 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong GPA and SAT.
