The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative , working in Insurance industry in Arlington Heights, Illinois, United States .
Pleasantly greet clients and prospects who walk in or call.
Process policy changes for policyholders.
Contact and ask policyholders and new prospects to set up sales appointments for the agent and team members.
Prepare sales materials for customers.
Update client data and pivot to another product with every client contact.
Ask for referrals on a daily basis.
Handle additional duties that may be assigned.
