JR48184 Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst This role will require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Operations, Accounting, IT and Corporate Finance, to manage the quarterly plan and monthly close support.
Your role will require you to be an excellent business partner and share responsibility for internal processes, forecasting and management.
Provide and encourage team members to use innovative problem-solving skills to maintain efficient and accurate processes to meet the business needs.
You will be responsible for communicating corporate priorities, projects & objectives and working with business partners to meet those commitments.
You will report to the Projects and System team, and collaborate with global departments within Finance (Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Operation Finance and etc.) and across the company to improve the existing systems integration, projects and processes for efficiencies.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Drive for best-in-class planning process by understanding competitive benchmarks, establishing internal objectives, and driving accountability throughout the organization
Serve as finance subject matter expert for all improvement initiatives.
Serve as a process subject matter expert for costing related projects and enhancements.
Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to develop and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and meet changing business needs
Create and maintain dashboards/tables and automating reports that provides value to business partners
Collaborate with other teams inside and outside the global Finance organization to develop highly effective working relationships
Partnering IT and Enterprise master data team to improve data quality and manage integration between systems (SAP, MAM, CSM, IECS, PBi, Snowflake and etc).
Access, Prioritize and implement system enhancement and projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
At least 3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred)
Preferred Skills:
Ambitious and intellectually curious, with a high energy level, growth mindset and passion for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, and can translate findings into insight and develop tangible action plans for implementation
Strong systems and data management skills, including tools such as Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI.
Proven ability to perform in an environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid interpersonal relationships based on mutual trust and influence across functional boundaries
Experiences with Project management are preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skills
