Starting with a natural butter flavor produced from cultured milk, today they manufacture a wide range of flavors and ingredients. Headquartered in the heartland of America, they are looking to add a Director of R&D at their plant in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will help shape the future of dairy flavors. You will lead the R&D team in the development of groundbreaking products, exploring new technologies to meet and exceed market demands.
3+ years of leadership experience in R&D within the food industry, with expertise in dairy flavors or ingredients. Relevant Bachelors degree, Masters or PhD highly preferred. Note that this job is 100% onsite, no exceptions.

3+ years of leadership experience in R&D within the food industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Strong track record of innovation and successful product development from conception to market launch.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships.
Knowledge of industry regulations and certifications related to food and dairy products.
