Senior Solutions Architect

Hybrid/Remote Position
Responsibilities
Guide strategic customers on a variety of impactful technical projects, including developing incident workflow architecture diagrams, best practice guides, and executing production grade go-lives
Guide strategic customers as they implement transformational AI Ops projects, including end-to-end design, build and deployment of thought leadership solutions
Work with Product, RnD, and Customer Support to provide product and implementation feedback and to guide rapid resolution for engagement specific product and support issues.
Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on customer adoption and expansion opportunities
Contribute to the internal development of Resident Solutions Architect playbooks and role artifacts. We’re looking for someone eager to share their knowledge and learnings with their teammates.
Requirements
5+ years experience with industry leading monitoring tools and/or Incident ITSM and Response platforms in a customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture or consulting role.
Experience with technical project delivery - managing scope and timelines.
Build skills in technical areas which support the deployment and integration oursolutions to complete customer projects.
Comfortable writing code in either Python or Node JS. Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem is nice to have.
Experience working with strategic clients, mitigating project risk,and creating solutions to manage conflict..
Documentation and white-boarding skills to design complex architectures across multiple platforms and integrations.
Travel to customers 10 - 20% of the time.
