Collaboration and Communication - You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to communicate and present findings, identify patterns, create actionable recommendations, translate those recommendations into designs, shepherd your work through reviews and approvals, and hand off designs for development.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

Familiarity with Dovetail or similar research tools for gathering, organizing, and presenting usability research and insights.

Familiarity with project management software such as Jira and writing user focused Epics, Stories, and Tasks.

Effective team player who is self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple high priority projects, with the ability to rapidly context switch.

Track record of identifying new areas of opportunity for product usability, accessibility, process efficiencies, and ensuring excellence in craft and usability.

Understands how to work with and within the requirements of both corporate branding and design systems.

Desired Characteristics

3 to 5 years of experience in user experience/product design.

An outstanding portfolio that showcases understanding and execution of user centered design, ideally in consumer experiences, finance, or healthcare, as well as a clear process to support that body of work, including demonstration of research skills.

Exceptional design skills with an insistence on quality.

A strong understanding and commitment to accessibility as a core facet of all design deliverables.

Design experience within a high velocity agile environment, from concepting and design through testing and validation.
