Job Description As a UX Designer on this cross-functional team you will….
Use design thinking to understand people's needs, looking holistically at customer interactions, and constantly iterate user journey forward.
Collaborate closely with product owners/managers/researchers to find opportunities for new products/features and validate assumptions through user testing and research.
Be an integral part of a growing team that is involved in strategic and innovative projects that will lead the company's vision.
Create detailed designs and fast prototypes working closely with customers, product managers and software engineers.

Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma and other industry standard wireframing and prototyping tools
***A portfolio of work is required to be considered. It demonstrates your capabilities with attention to artifacts such as user stories, user journeys, experience maps, ecosystem diagrams, service blueprints.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with a major or minor in UX Design, Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction or other related disciplines
1+ years experience with design in of software applications
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite Creative Cloud or similar software toolset.
Effective verbal communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team while handling multiple tasks or projects
Basic Requirements Bachelors Degree with 1+ years of professional work experience
