Job Summary: The Vice President in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) will lead the structuring and execution of debt financings across a diverse range of clients and industries. This role requires a deep understanding of debt instruments, market trends, and client needs. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for raising capital through debt securities, including corporate bonds, high-yield, and emerging market debt.

Oversee the production of pitch books and financial models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to market standards.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and strategic advice on market conditions and opportunities.

Monitor and analyze market trends and economic indicators to proactively adjust strategies and recommendations.

Mentor and develop junior team members, enhancing their skills and contributions to the team.
Represent the firm at industry conferences and contribute thought leadership in the field of debt capital markets.
Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, specifically in debt capital markets.
Demonstrated success in leading debt issuance transactions.
