Common Questions

Pay - $90,000 - $95,000/year salary

Bonus - the bonuses at the company are strong compared to industry competitors. Target of 10%-15% bonus but could be higher based on individual or company performance.

Work setup - Hybrid with Wednesday and Friday being the remote days

Location - Brighton, MA

Benefits - Include but not limited to: health, dental, 401k match, short and long term disability, paid PTO

Things To Know About The Role

This is a newly created role in the company due to recent growth

The new hire will be working within the company's flagship fund which has over $3B in AUM

There are a wide range of real estate assets including commercial, industrial, student housing, hotels, and development

The new hire will mainly report to two Fund Controllers who also work within the flagship fund

Qualifications For This Role

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required

Three years of experience in any type of real estate accounting

High proficiency using Excel

Any experience using Yardi is a big plus
