Due to growth, they are looking for a Portfolio Accountant who will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and accounting over a set portfolio of assets.

Portfolio Accountant Responsibilities
Manage, audit, and analyze all financial matters related to assigned portfolio, serving as the financial liaison to others in the organization.
Review and validate the accuracy of third-party property manager financial reports and monthly distributions.
Review annual budgets and monitor monthly budgets to actual variances and monthly forecast accuracy.
Upload monthly results to the company’s Yardi system from the third-party property managers.
Calculate and monitor property NOI performance, portfolio performance returns, and Fund level returns.
Portfolio Accountant Qualifications
BA/BS in accounting.
2-4 years of real estate portfolio accounting preferred.
Previous public accounting experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Yardi experience preferred.
