TITLE: TITLE CURATIVE SPECIALIST JOB CODE: FULL-TIME / NON-EXEMPT / HOURLY
DEPARTMENT: TITLE LEVEL: SUPPORT STAFF
WORK SCHEDULE:
Normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and overtime as needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY :
Title curative for pre and post foreclosure properties in Texas.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Review, research, and cure issues appearing on title to real property for the state of Texas.
2. Review and research deceased borrowers for potential heirs and/or probate.
3. Performs pre and post foreclosure curative for various types of liens, manufactured homes, and deceased borrowers.
4. Communicates curative action and results to clients using various systems.
5. Performs all other duties as requested.
