How this Opportunity is Different:

Successful candidates will focus primarily on working with new and existing clients on actuarial strategy for pension plans and broader consulting on retirement plans. Colleagues in this role are expected to lead key client relationships, maintain leadership of a strong local client team located in Burlington, and assist in business and office leadership. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in technical aspects of pension and retiree medical valuations and experience working in strategic project areas, including settlements, plan design, funding strategy and pension de-risking.

The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $110k-$145k annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
