**About the role:**
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Procurement Consultant at CBRE Group, a world-class company in the United States. As a Procurement Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving flawless procurement processes and strategies that will contribute to the success of our organization.
**What you'll do:**
+ Determine procurement strategies and initiatives to optimize cost savings and drive efficiency.
+ Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
+ Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
+ Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
+ Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and recommended strategies in procurement to continuously improve our processes.
**What you'll need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Proven experience as a Procurement Consultant or in a similar role.
+ Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
+ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to determine cost-effective solutions.
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively work together with colleagues and suppliers.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
