HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN
Drive the process to activate content via core content management system (CMS) across owned digital channels in an effort to strengthen and differentiate the Client brand, increasing the brand favorability and perception.
Coordinate and interface with lead agency, Digital & Marketing teams, select business partners, and internal tech in efforts to activate programs through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including delivering on dynamic and personalized experiences.
Navigate internal processes required to stand up a new publishing model and new internal team in support of the web sites.
Assess and drive any modifications that may be needed for existing model utilized by client teams to enable support for Enterprise
Navigate and modify change & risk processes/controls required to extend function
Work in partnership with existing internal production agency to staff the right roles and onboard a new internal publishing/development team
Facilitate transition of work/functions in scope from lead digital agency to new internal publishing team
Day-to-day management of request intake and oversight for internal production team as overall program manager for process - primary liaison role between lead agency, stakeholder and internal publishing team.
Execute production of all digital assets in accordance with risk framework, best practices and routines, while using reporting to optimize based on key learnings.
Analyze all critical processes impacting publishing team efforts and provide recommendations for operational excellence.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE: Program management or digital publishing experience
Experience in digital content management and publishing, preferably in a corporate setting
Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for digital content implementation
Experience working with or in a digital agency setting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating processes in a matrix organization
Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies
Experience driving program measurement - test/control, A/B testing
Ability to own, manage and drive programs without significant day-to-day manager oversight
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating a matrix organization
