We're currently seeking a (Senior) Partnerships Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in Scoutbee's growth. As the go-to person for developing lasting relationships with our customers and partners, you'll guide them through their journey, ensuring an exceptional experience and serving as a Scoutbee ambassador. You'll collaborate closely with our Product, Sourcing, and Sales teams, advising partners on our SBX product while maintaining a sales-driven mindset. The position will be located within an entirely new team based in San Francisco, California, US.
The overarching goal is to disrupt the procurement industry, creating and growing an innovative platform that streamlines connections between buyers and suppliers through AI-powered lead matching and an easy-to-use user interface. With already established partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and a database of millions of suppliers, users can gain direct access to projects and suppliers without the inefficiencies of mass emails and cold calls.

Your role in our beehive:
Responsible for strategy definition, revenue, and product growth and overall account execution.
Own and develop a portfolio of partner relationships to drive product adoption and engagement based on a deep understanding of partners’ business objectives and needs.
Proactively engage with partners to drive adoption, usage, and value realization of our product, identifying opportunities for upselling or expansion.
Develop deep product expertise with an ability to collect and synthesize market feedback and work with Product to influence roadmaps.
Identify and prioritize partner opportunities based on quantitative analysis and a data-driven approach to planning and execution.
Lead partner communications, including strategy discussions, opportunity pitches, product adoption workshops, and performance tracking reviews throughout the partner lifecycle
Work with Sales to identify and prioritize new partner leads and collaborate through pitching, contract negotiation, and partner onboarding.
Manage
What you bring to our beehive:
8+ years' experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA or MS Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience with strategic partnerships in a customer-facing role, ideally working with enterprise customers in B2B partnerships or sales and managing relationships at senior levels.
Strong plus: Experience with Procurement, Software/SaaS, or Marketplace-based solutions.
Experience gathering and analyzing data, research, and market analysis, translating this information into requirements to develop a long-term strategy.
Experience working with Product, Sales, and other teams to identify and influence new product and platform capabilities.
Demonstrated experience executing in a fast-paced environment with several cross-functional teams and external stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of building and scaling business with measurable results.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
