About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Capital Markets to play a pivotal role in expanding the presence and usage of its stablecoins. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and working closely with other business and product leaders to meet growth targets for the stablecoins. This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, trading, and investing industries, as well as a proven track record in building and leading high-performing sales and business development teams, particularly in the selling of fintech or technology products.Applicants should have over 15 years' experience in the capital markets, trading, and investing industries, with a significant portion of that time spent in the sale of fintech or technology products. The role demands a professional with a strong background in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building and contributing to the early stages of a company. The VP will be instrumental in market analysis and strategy, and must be adept at managing a high-velocity team, including hiring, training, and mentoring. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and scale a business segment, with a focus on driving commercial deals that facilitate stablecoin distribution.
