About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Capital Markets to play a pivotal role in expanding the presence and usage of its stablecoins in both the Crypto Capital Market and Traditional Finance ecosystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and working closely with other business and product leaders to meet growth targets for the stablecoins. This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, trading, and investing industries, as well as a proven track record in building and leading high-performing sales and business development teams, particularly in the selling of fintech, web3, and technology products.Applicants should have over 15 years of experience in the capital markets, trading, and investing industries, with a minimum of 10 years in the relevant sales and business development fields. The role demands a professional and technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology, exceptional leadership experience, and a passion for building and contributing to the company's processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in market analysis and strategy, be adept at managing a high-velocity team, and possess excellent pipeline management and revenue forecasting abilities. The position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy the challenges of the earliest business stages, are driven by excellence, and are committed to the values of mindfulness and high integrity.
