About the Role:
REAL Network Services is searching for a seasoned project manager or superintendent who has overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, staff, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project. The project manager must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions, and recognize the risk that may impact the project outcome, resolve conflicts including general management and administrative skills.
Compensation and Structure
The Project Manager is an exempt, full-time position, Monday through Friday; First Shift working hours from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Second shift operates from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. Sometimes is required for employees to work either shift. The starting pay rate is equivalent to skills and experience
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Represent the company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings
Work with contract administrators to manage the financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the customer
Make requisition supplies and materials to complete the project
Interpret and explain plans and materials to complete the project
Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling
Work with the project coordinator to assign workers to construction sites to work on specific projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree (Preferred)
PM Certification (preferred)
BICSI Certification a plus
10+ years of work experience, with 5+ years in roles with project management responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high-complexity, and large projects simultaneously
Special skills - MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in English
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization verbally and in writing. Effective in communicating to senior levels (GM, VP, SVP)
