Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of comprehensive internal communication strategies.
Develop and design engaging content for various internal communication channels, including monthly branded newsletters, branded email communications, SharePoint web pages, and PPT Presentations.
Draft pre-liminary communication plans and packages to support cross-functional strategic communication initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for communication initiatives, ensuring accuracy and relevance of content.
Support the Director, Internal Communications in the development and execution of all Quarterly All Hands Business Updates to Employees.
Manage the editorial calendar for internal communications, ensuring timely delivery of all communications.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, by collecting success metrics and feedback to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Support the Director, Internal Communications on various IC projects employee engagement activations inclusive of event coordination, support, consulting, communication support, and overall planning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications or related field, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc…) and SharePoint Technologies.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging employees through compelling content.
