Sr. Specialist, Internal Communications Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies.
Create engaging content for internal channels, including newsletters, email communications, SharePoint pages, and presentations.
Draft preliminary communication plans to support cross-functional initiatives.
Collaborate with teams to gather accurate and relevant information for communications.
Assist the Director of Internal Communications with quarterly business updates to employees.
Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of communications.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, collecting metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.
Support various internal communication projects, including event coordination, consulting, and planning.
Sr. Specialist, Internal Communications Must Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications or a related field, focusing on strategic planning and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), and SharePoint Technologies.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging employees through compelling content
