**Where we need help**
**We are entering a new era of Allbirds business, with brick-and-mortar retail at the center of our omnichannel strategy. The global learning and development team needs an experienced and dynamic retail trainer to evolve, design and facilitate retail learning programs that will elevate both our customer and our employee experience.**
In this role, you will:
* Facilitate engaging and effective retail learning sessions for new product launches, new store openings, new hire onboarding, selling skills, and leadership skills
* Design new product, sales, onboarding, and recruiting trainings, to name a few
* Design and lead train-the-trainer sessions for our retail fleet leaders, retail people business partners, and customer experience trainers
* Develop learning resources to drive awareness and adoption of people programs
* Scale our retail learning and development offering using a mix of digital and live trainings
* Partner with our customer experience team to ensure consistency across all customer-facing trainings
* Ensure all programs use quantitative and qualitative feedback mechanisms to ensure were meeting our goals
* Dynamic and engaging facilitation skills
* Experience delivering a high volume of trainings while in a full-time retail training role
* Instructional design certification
* Adult learning toolkit
* The ability to take an idea from concept to action and a way to operationalize the idea
* Significant retail training experience in a full-time role
* Ability and desire to travel to new store openings (up to 60% of your time may be spent traveling)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the retail organization
