Providence is calling a Director, Finance who will:

Lead the FP&A Labor and Efficiency team.

Bi-weekly & Daily productivity reporting

Evaluation of process and procedures to ensure optimized processing

Serve as a key liaison to IT supporting master data that drives productivity and benchmarking platforms.

Be a key contributor to governance ensuring units of service are unified and other metadata is in line with system standards.

Partner with financial planning teams to develop ministry budgets.

Provide assistance to ministry senior management team and departmental leaders as they work to achieve annual and long-term strategies.

Be Responsible for:

Development and management of caregivers

Accurate, consistent reporting

Executive presentations and stakeholder management

Partner with other stakeholders providing educations and insights into results.

Required qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study

8+ years of experience within a leadership role

10+ years of closely related work experience (Ex. Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Compensation)

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

HFMA or FACHE
