The Director of Operations is responsible for production planning, production management, inventory management, quality control, production health and safety issues, maintenance and replacement of production equipment, and enforcing company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing operational team.

Monitoring operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports.

Addressing operational challenges and finding cost-effective solutions to enhance productivity.

Collaborating with HR to recruit skilled talent and ensure adequate training and development programs are in place.

Reviewing and refining operational risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.

Regularly reviewing customer feedback and initiating improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field desired

Extensive experience (10+ years) in an operations management role, demonstrating a track record of operational success and team leadership.

Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements (production, machinery (CNC, Robots), manufacturing, etc.

Advanced skills in strategic planning, resource management, and business analytics.
