Account Development Representative

Overview:
The Account Development Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, determining their needs, promoting our products and services and ensuring the transition of this lead to sales team and follow up that action is taken. This position is within the Marketing Department and will cover three major areas of responsibility: handling incoming customer calls, handling incoming customer emails and forms submissions, and proactively cold calling to low potential customers from existing customer data base to generate leads and sales.
Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage high volume of inbound calls and client forms to validate and pre-qualifying clients, including but not limited to understanding their needs, determining next steps in sales process, and handling lead accordingly.
Identify and qualify leads for dealer solutions from opportunities generated by contacting prospects and customers.
Responsible for tracking and ensuring leads are registered within internal CRM and Call Tracking Platform.
Transfer leads to the appropriate salesperson with a sense of urgency. Follow-up and drive lead response with all sales team members.
Work with internal Sales Team and open sources to gather prospect and customers contact information, ensuring accurate information is submitted and recorded in CRM.
Respond and call back to any incoming requests and emails in a timely manner
Contact existing customers to generate additional business.
Wages:
$23.50 - $28.47
Starting wage will depend on experience and education. We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
2+ years of relevant sales experience in B2B business or Call Center generating leads
Experience working with Call Tracking platforms and CRM is preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish
Excellent customer service skills, listening and sales skills
High level of emotional intelligence and positive attitude, being able to handle difficult customers and be ready to receive low number of positive responses without losing optimism and drive for results
Desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills and experience
Experience in a Call Center / Called-calling role is preferred
