**Enlightened Retail Operations, Senior Manager:** This position is essential to streamlining and scaling retail operations across existing and new retail dispensaries in all states. As Retail Operations Management, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with state laws and federal laws, while ensuring efficient dispensary operations, supporting retail teams and their development, and overseeing projects and assignments as given by the VP of Retail. As part of the Enlightened Leadership Team you will be expected to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization and exterior stakeholders, in order to execute company goals, policies, and procedures in accordance with Enlightened standards and regulatory requirements. This is Cannabis for People.
**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee general store operational processes, SOPs, Training Guides, Staff Development Tools, and Training Strategies.
* Develop processes and functional roadmap to mission critical points in the new store opening process as it relates to retail.
* Develop and execute processes and plans that make the stores consistent, productive, efficient and effective.
* Analyze and access market opportunities and regulatory considerations for retail locations in collaboration with the Legal/Regulatory Compliance team and the Retail/Marketing Operations team to ensure SOPs and Training Guides are compliant by state.
* Build out of and implement national standardized store operating processes.
* Support the training and development of store teams.
* Develop and maintain a project management system and cross-functional communication for new store openings and retail functions.
* Collaborate with construction and cross-departmental partners to ensure all fixtures, systems, hardware and software, and products are available and optimized for the opening.
* Liaison with all departments to communication expectations and timelines of new openings
* Report on new store opening performance and insights for process and scalability improvements.
* Motivate, develop, and direct employees as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
* Any other duties assigned by management.
**Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations Management.
* Experience in a retail, hospitality, and sales setting is required.
* Established history of retail sales management success in a corporate environment of 100+ employees.
* Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence people; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization.
* Detail oriented with an eye on process optimization as it relates to sales and retail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
* Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the work day. Must be capable of working in front of a computer for extended periods of time.
* Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media
+ Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to those who are managed in the department.
+ Ability to articulate job goals in a manner they are completed effectively the first time.
* At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
* Proper employment documentation.
* Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
* If necessary, ability to work 7 days per week and to be flexible with schedule.
