Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Clearly communicate project objectives, expectations, and roles to team members.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
• Monitor and adjust resource allocations as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and report on project expenditures, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client and organizational standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Proactively manage and address issues as they arise, making adjustments to the project plan as necessary.
• Facilitate effective communication within the project team and across departments.
• Prepare and deliver clear and concise project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Regular communication with c-suite and communicating to all levels of the Org
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business, etc.).
• 4 + years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Project Management Professional certification
• Experience with Smartsheet Project Management tool
• Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
• Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
